The Center for Study on Sustainable Luxury -under the auspices of the Institute for Corporate Sustainability Studies – was a member of the United Nations Global Compact which is a private sector initiative for the achievement of Sustainable Development.

It was also adhered – for the same reason – to the Principles for Responsible Management Education, an initiative of the United Nations Global Compact for universities to focus their research and teaching on sustainability in order to contribute to the achievement of a more inclusive society.

After 20 years of proposing and carrying out initiatives that led the local network to a clear leadership in Latin America in the integration of sustainability in textiles and fashion, the Institute of Studies for Corporate Sustainability together with the Center for Study on Sustainable Luxury have considered this stage a completed cycle.
